Cancellations
24-Hour Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations cannot be processed.
Standard Products
Exchanges: Exchanges for items purchased from our shop can be made within 30 days of the original order date. To process an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and you must provide proof of receipt.
